Been using Kratzer for ~6 years now, and they're a reliable company.

This is my first house with a septic tank, and I had no idea how they worked at all when I moved in. But the workers here have always been patient, and, if anything, eager to answer questions... so I learn a bit more every time I talk to them.

Had Kratzer Septic Service come out to my home in Easton for a septic pump-out and couldn't be more satisfied.

Tony was incredibly professional from start to finish — he got the job done quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was the knowledge he brought to the visit. He walked me through the current state of my system and gave me genuinely useful guidance on how to maintain it properly going forward. That kind of insight isn't something you expect from a service call, and it made a real difference.

I’ve been using them since I purchased a home with a septic system in 2002, and I would never use anyone else. They also did the installation of my new system in 2013! I just had my tanks pumped...they let me know when they arrived, inspected it, cleaned it out, and made sure they provided me with an update before they left! The cost was less than $500 for a 1750 gallon tank

I cannot say enough with how impressed I have been with the service from Kratzer. Our pump died and we needed urgent support. Kratzer was completely booked but they went out of their way to provide an immediate clean out and then subcontracted with another provider to get the pump replaced. Lisa and the team went way above and beyond to help me. I will use them for all septic services from this point forward.

I have used Kratzer Septic Service every 3 to 4 years since 1991. They have an excellent system in place that sets the time of the next cleaning, 4 years for us, and that time is promted by reminders to schedule the exact date by snailmail, phone, and email with their office associates who are professional and great in which to deal. Their associate, Tony, is the employee who arrived to clean and inspect the tank. He too was great in which to work.
In short, great company + great service +great employees=
Repeat Business. I have used them over 34 years and will continue to do so.

Excellent work. The gentlemen emptying our septic tank used all his hoses on the truck to reach my tank. I said he could go in the yard. He said he already had a few thousand gallons in the truck and was concerned the weight would make ruts in my yard. He preferred to haul out all the hoses even though I said it was OK to do so. I wont use any other service than Kratzer.
