Always great service. Good feedback during cleanout, explains things to keep an eye out for. We have 9 kids living at home so I get this cleanout service done annually. Last year they had to replace the septic pump...perfect job.

Beginning with taking the extra time to help us find our pump tank lid that was seemingly buried in our yard .... The wonderful ladies in the office (Tina and Stacy) helped us solve a mystery by locating it on google earth!! Our alarm was also going off - and they did their best to squeeze us in for an appointment that week to get it taken care of. Jeremy, the gentleman that came to service our tanks was very kind, informative and did a great job!!

KRATZER WAS CALLED BECAUSE I BELIEVED MY SEPTIC TANK WAS FULL, AND IN DANGER OF BACKING UP INTO THE HOUSE. THAT TURNED OUT TO NOT BE THE CASE, HOWEVER KRATZER DISPATCHED AN OPERATOR THE NEXT DAY, AND HE COMPLETELY DRAINED MY SEPTIC TANK, INSURING IT'S READY FOR ANOTHER SEVERAL YEARS.

Great service and great knowledgeable people!

Over Easter Weekend our septic system backed up into the tub and I emailed them and as soon as they opened on Monday morning I got a phone call and they were out the same day. They fixed my issue and the price was fair. When I first bought our house five years ago we had an issue with the septic and we needed a new system the owner worked with prices because we had to have it pumped twice a week until we could get the new system installed. I would recommend this company to anyone that has septic issues.

I am a previous customer of Kratzer. I recently called them for my final service. I am moving! I expected and did receive the professional service that they provided 4 years ago.
