Very professional great service!

Kratzer came out to pump out our septic tank and repair both baffles. Customer service was great. They arrived on time. Worked efficiently. The price reasonable and actually less than what I expected. Everything went as it should. I will definitely use them again.

Over Easter Weekend our septic system backed up into the tub and I emailed them and as soon as they opened on Monday morning I got a phone call and they were out the same day. They fixed my issue and the price was fair. When I first bought our house five years ago we had an issue with the septic and we needed a new system the owner worked with prices because we had to have it pumped twice a week until we could get the new system installed. I would recommend this company to anyone that has septic issues.

They called the night before stating when they would show up and they were on time.

I put a call into Kratzer on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. I left a message regarding the issue I was having. Damien returned my call Saturday morning and said he would be out shortly. Within about an hour, he was at my house. We had a discussion about the issue and he figured it was either a separated or broken pipe or fitting…. To make a long story short…. Damien and his team expedited the permit and the repair was done quickly and professionally…. As it was a separated, fitting on the soil line. Repair took a half a day roughly and backfilled the repair spot using the mini excavator like he was a surgeon… Very impressed and happy with the repair. My yard looks like it wasn’t even disturbed. I highly Recommend Kratzer.

Very professional company. When you call they answer and are extremely helpful with any questions you have. They send reminders so you know when you need your next pumping. The guys that come out to do the work are great as well. Even left my dog a treat and very nice note :) HIGHLY recommend this company over the others in the area.

Unfortunately, my home ended up being out of their service area, but they took time over the phone to help me (first time septic owner) learn about my system and made recommendations — really went above and beyond for someone they couldn’t take as a customer. If I lived closer to them, they would be my go-to for septic services.

Our dosing tank pump gave up the ghost over the weekend.
Called Kratzer's up Monday morning and they were able to get someone out that same day to pump out the tanks and get the pump replaced. Very friendly and thorough service people explained everything that they did and needed to do. Very happy with the results.

I would recommend Kratzer Septic Services to any homeowner in the area to meet your septic needs. They are reasonably priced, experienced and do an overall incredible job! Not only is there service excellent but the information they share, for example having a Zable Filter cleaning every year to avoid future issues was something I didn't know.

On 9 September ‘24, I had my five-year septic tank service done by Kratzer Septic Service. Chad, the technician showed up at the expected time and performed a very thorough job. Along the way he explained to me why the pump should be partially submerged in water. He explained this keeps the impellers from rusting and the pump from freezing up. In addition, he said it keeps the seal from drying out. A couple of hours later another technician came to my house , at the time given to me, to install a PVC extension which allows the lid to the tank to be exposed thus sparing me from digging 16 inches down to find the lid. After the lid was installed, the technician filled the voids with topsoil and when he left, it looked like nothing had been disturbed. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Stacey and Becky, who coordinated all the work in a very friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Kratzer Septic Service to anyone who needs their tank serviced.
